It is not a defect or a flaw,

but rather nature in the raw.

Some see a blemish, but I say,

I love your uniqueness just that way.

You are beautiful, you are not marred.

It is their shortcoming to see you as scarred.

You have no foible that I can see,

your imperfections are perfect to me!
